- Presenting an Abstract at the Annual Meeting? It is required to submit your 2 questions for MOC Accreditation no later than August 23rd using this link.
- We can only accept changes to the program up until Saturday, August 21st. We will be sending our program to print after that date. Please ensure any and all changes to speakers, topic titles, abstracts, etc are submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org before the deadline.
- Speakers, discussants, moderators, and session chairs, have you disclosed? Use this link to disclose no later than August 20th!
- Be a Buddy - Bring a Buddy! Bring your APP/Allied Health Professional for an additional $275. Most institutions will not reimburse APPs for CEU courses not hosted by their institution. Help them achieve their professional goals by sponsoring their tuition and/or housing today. It's easy - just add their tuition to yours at registration check out.
We welcome you to beautiful Pittsburgh, PA for our 33rd Annual Meeting of the EVS. Pittsburgh is an artful and delightful city that sits between the confluence of the Monongahela and Allegheny Rivers where they join to form the Ohio River. Pittsburgh features the network of Carnegie Museums, historical steel industry, and a great transit system. Our hotel is grand and picturesque featuring elements from the prohibition-era including a speakeasy and informative historical placards.
This year, President Anil Hingorani, MD has elected to sponsor the organization Ekal Vidyalaya Foundation. You can support this educational organization by participating in the Fun Run/Walk on Friday, September 6th.
The 33rd Annual Meeting will feature all-new programming including the Radiation Safety Program, open to all attendees including trainees, as well as the Community Physicians Program, focusing on Community Practice and Outreach. Be sure to join us for a number of Industry Breakout Symposia focusing on the latest innovations in Surgical Vascular technology, as well as any of our Simulation Sessions, now in the program's third year. Offering training and mentorship to medical students, residents, and fellows interested in Vascular Surgery is a highlight of our Mission. We welcome interested Trainees to apply for a number of available scholarships to help them attend the Meeting. The EVS will once again be celebrating Women and Diversity in the field of Vascular Surgery with a Diversity reception on Saturday, as well as offering Leadership Development Grants.
Our 2019 Honorary Guest Lecturer is Dr. Frank Veith. Dr. Veith will be speaking on Friday September 6th before our Annual Member Business Meeting.
The Society could not offer this rich and diverse Educational and Scientific Programming with out the generous support of Industry Leaders and Innovators. Be sure to visit each exhibit and booth while you are at the meeting.

The Eastern Vascular Society (EVS) was founded in 1987 to enhance the ability to provide vascular care and serve disparate communities through a commitment to diversity and inclusion, and to promote diversity and inclusion within the Society, through vascular surgery education, training, and research. About 300 medical professionals attend our scientific meeting annually.
